Our Vacation Rental Cleaning Service

To begin vacation rental services with us, the first step would be to schedule a complimentary walk-through visit with you at the location of the vacation rental. During this visit, we will discuss rental details and your presentation preferences and take photos of how you prepare the rental for guests. 

Our staff will then create with you a customized binder with all the specific instructions and important details for your vacation rental that our cleaning staff will use during the vacation rental cleanings. This way they will see all the important presentation details you have specified, and make sure everything is prepared correctly (such as how the beds should be made, proper towel placement, how toiletries should be displayed and more).

Keeping up with the scheduling and check in and outs has never been easier! We will set up a Google Calendar with you, so we will be notified of any new bookings you receive, and can make plans for cleanings upon a guests departure. On cleaning days, our team will send you a notification when they are on their way to the rental, and also once the cleaning is done, so you can have the peace of mind that your rental is clean and properly prepared for your next guests!
